Hello Mr. James I need some urgent help. I have purchased infuse pro and I want to watch movies from my Google drive linked. I have only 100 GB files on Google drive, most of them are full HD movies. They are not getting synced. It’s almost 15 days but still the buffering logo on the top right corner of homepage is showing. Can you please help. I am using infuse latest iOS version 7.8.3. I am using 100 Mbps internet connection and I have also checked speed test, there are no issues but still the sycing logo is active forever. The Streaming of files are extremely slow. I need urgent help

Yes, i have every possible settings turned on and i am connected to wifi most of the time
I have tried to contact Firecore service agent via email multiple times but got no response, i then tried to contact via X , there is no response. Then i came to know about firecore community, then I found some people who can help. Can you please resolve my issue. I am puzzled cmpletely.
Can you provide a screen cap of your Settings > Library screen?
How many Google drive accounts are you connecting to?
You may also check the following settings in Infuse > General > Settings.
Metadata Fetching = ON
Embedded Metadata = OFF
Note: If Embedded Metadata is enabled when using Google Drive shares this will often lead to rate limiting and/or temporary account bans, which will slow down how fast Infuse is able to index your files.
Only one, mistakenly folders from the same drive have been chosen thrice…is there any limit of no of google drive?

If you’ve added the same Google Drive share multiple times that could also lead to issues.
I would recommend removing the existing Google Drive connections, and then only adding the single connection you want to use.
After removing the saved connections you may want to wait 24 hours before re-adding the correct (single) connection to ensure any potential bans on your account have been cleared.
Okay, so you are asking me remove multiple addition of the same drive right? I want to know one thing is there any limit like two or three google drive max can be added?
In theory, you can add as many Google Drive connections as you like, but if you have multiple connections pointing at the same account that will likely lead to issues and (temporary) bans from Google.
Just another question, in future if multiple addition of g drive or onedrive happens will the syncing process be completed after a long time? Or it will never sync fully? What happens actually?
It depends.
If Infuse can complete the sync without getting errors from Google then everything will work.
If there are a lot of files and Google starts to rate limit Infuse or start returning errors (due to a temporary ban) then there would be issues.
Also, Google doesn’t publish any info on what the rate limits actually are (and these are likely being changed at times) so it’s all kind of a black box.
Okay…on which factors the speed of syncing process depends? Like infuse server or file size or internet connection? For fast syncing do i always need a fast internet? What is the procedure to make syncing faster?
For Google Drive, scanning/indexing speed would mainly depend on the speed of the network connection between the Infuse app and Google Drive.
