Infuse Pro fails to load certain series on my Plex server

Hello, I’ve been getting the following error whenever I try to load certain multi-seasonal anime on my Plex server, like Jojos Bizarre Adventure or Demon Slayer. This is just when loading the series menu, not when playing an episode. It happens on both MacBook and iPhone apps. It seems to be failing to parse the folder structure of the episodes, but it works for other anime like Bleach with a similar folder structure. Any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks.

Error message:
The operation couldn’t be completed (infuse.PrePlayblack.RepoLoaderViewModelPlexSeries.LoaderError error 1.)

Are the affected items in a specific library or is it just this one specific series?

Which metadata agent in Plex are you using for this?

Not in a specific library or series. I have 8 libraries in my Plex server, 4 with movies and 4 with TV shows. All of the movies load properly.

For the TV shows, a couple of the ones with multiple seasons throw this error when I try to load them. A few of the ones I’ve seen do this: The Boys, Demon Slayer, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure, Stranger Things, Attack on Titan. Some of the shows with multiple seasons still load properly though, so not all of them are failing.

For metadata agents, I see it set to “Personal Media Shows” on Plex, but I believe Sonarr used thetvdb to download them (I see that tag on the filenames).

do they play correctly when using the plex client app or on plex web?
are you using infuse in direct more or library mode when connecting to plex?

does the folder structure or file names have any non alphanumeric characters?

It works on both Plex client and web
I’ve tried both Infuse direct and library mode. I’m trying to open the show through the Files tab.
