Hello, everybody,
I need help.
Infuse Pro shows covers from the internet and not mine, which are on a QNAP Nas with Plex.
In Plex on a Windows X PC, I assigned the local covers.
The folder structure is: Please look at the picture!
filme (main folder)
movie name (movie folder)
File name
jpg. file (file name.jpg, folder.jpg or Poster.jpg)
No matter how I name the jpg, it will not appear as a cover on the Apple TV 4K.
What should the jpg be called and where should it be located?
What settings do I have to make in the Infuse on the Apple TV?
Hello James,
I can’t use “Connect to Plex”.
Infuse finds my plex server, but the connection test fails.
I guess the Plex version on my QNAP is too old.
It’s only version 0.9.15.3 and there is no update, because QNAP (TS-421) is probably too old or too weak.
I have connected it via SMB now and use the local metadata.
Thanks for your help.
Hello, everybody,
I need help again.
Infuse Pro shows for some of my tv-shows covers from the internet and not mine, which are on a QNAP Nas (SMB-share).
Over a Windows X PC, I assigned the local covers.
The folder structure is: Please look at the picture!
serien (main folder)
show name (show folder)
File name
jpg. file (file name.jpg, folder.jpg or Poster.jpg)
I have also tried the clues from this site. Metadata 101 – Firecore
With some series the covers fit. But with some of them, I just can’t get it right.
No matter how I name the jpg, it will not appear as a cover on the Apple TV 4K.
What should the jpg be called and where should it be located?
