We have the family set up with infuse pro 5 and had no issues, now when they upgrade to infuse 6 pro it won’t let them use the app to it’s unlocked potential. It says they don’t have the app. They are all on our family sharing account, but it won’t see them to allow them to restore the purchase. What can we do? The kids love the movie player!!! It works on all devices that my account is logged into but any that are using sharing it won’t upgrade to pro. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!

Family Sharing did not work for me until I logged into Trakt on main and family devices; now have Pro for everyone.
