Infuse on Apple TV

Hello, previous days infuse is working very well on all apple devices ( iPhone, Mac and Apple TV). But recently I met a problem on Apple TV. When I open infuse on Apple TV, it shows nothing and starts to scan from my media storage. After 0.5-1 hours, everything is finished. But one day later, I open infuse again, it shows again nothing and needs to scan again. icloud is used between iPhone, Mac and Apple TV. Other device seems OK. What cause this problem? Thanks.

sounds like your appletv has storage space issues.
check to see how much of it has been used, and what free space is left.

As @chenks said, that’s a common symptom of running out of memory storage space on the ATVs.

What model of ATV? Are you running the aerial screen savers?

There are some apps that use large chunks of memory that will cause the ATV to clear the Infuse data and then it has to rebuild it.

Just make sure you have the “Cloud Backup” enabled to keep the rebuild as fast as possible.

Actually Apple TV should have enough storage. It is 32Gb storage and just as below picture showed used.

that only shows you how much each app is using, but doesn’t show you what free space the device has.

you’ll need to use a third party app to see what your “actual” free space is.
