Infuse not selecting best version

I connected infuse to my silo server via the jellyfin protocol and unlike my plex/Emby servers it default to the 1080p versions instead of the 4k versions.

How to Prioritize Resolutions

To ensure Infuse uses the correct priority for your video files, follow these steps:

  1. Open Infuse.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Tap General > Playback.
  4. Set the Play Version option to Highest Quality. [1, 2]

I don’t have this on mine.

I’m running Infuse Pro 8.4.8 (5690)

Try Settings > Collections & Groups > Select Version and choose Highest Quality.

I spoke too soon. It does not respect that setting it still auto select 1080.

what did you set it to? Auto or Highest Quality?
what happens if you set it to Ask?

i assume you’ve checked that you can play 4K content when it’s the only option?

well, my apologies. It looks like it is working after further testing the episode or movie page shows 1080P but when you click play or resume, it does start the highest quality version.
