Infuse Not Detecting Movies in Library – Files Still in Google Drive & Playable

Hi,

I’m currently experiencing an issue where all of my movies have disappeared from the Library section in Infuse, even though they are still present and fully accessible in Google Drive.

Here are the details:

• The Files tab in Infuse shows all my movies correctly, and I can play them without any problem.

• The issue only affects the Library view — it seems like Infuse is no longer detecting or indexing the movies properly.

• This started today — everything was working perfectly yesterday.

• On my Apple TV, where I haven’t triggered a library scan today, all the movies are still visible and playable in the Library. This confirms the files are still intact in Google Drive and that the issue is likely related to library scanning/indexing.

Additionally:

• A friend using her own iPhone and Infuse account is seeing the exact same problem. I’ve been sharing my Google Drive movie folder with her for over 3 years, and this is the first time either of us has experienced this kind of issue.

• The same Google Drive folder opens fine in other apps, so the issue appears specific to Infuse.

Can you check to ensure the Google Drive folders are selected in the Infuse > Settings > Library menu? Only items selected here will be included in the Infuse library.
