I have an Apple TV 4K (2nd generation), currently running tvOS 26.5 (23L471).
Lately I’ve been having an issue with subtitles, which must have been introduced in the latest version, i.e. Infuse Pro 8.4.8 (5690), because I’ve never seen this before (during the past seven years). For subtitles, I always use an .srt text file that is in the same folder as the corresponding video file, with the same filename stem. Lately, sporadically, Infuse simply skips an entry in the .srt file, and doesn’t display it. Every time this has happened, I have pressed the Apple TV remote’s “left arrow” button to skip backward 5 seconds, and every time Infuse has then displayed the previously skipped subtitle-entry. There is nothing special about those subtitle-entries that are skipped. For example, the following is a snippet from an .srt file, where the entry number 513 was skipped (and then displayed once replayed) just as I described:
512
00:44:35,893 --> 00:44:39,401
You saw her back at the school.
513
00:44:39,601 --> 00:44:41,818
She's my girlfriend.
514
00:44:42,018 --> 00:44:47,066
Oh, I see.
I suppose this bug is going to be difficult to reproduce reliably.
