Infuse hanging for few seconds on playback and seek on Mac

It shows the color wheel spinning for few seconds. I think I first noticed it with 8.0.6.

Have the same issues. Use you a external SSD with exFat? I switch from exFat to APFS and its solved the problem.

It was working fine until recently. What changed? That’s good to know but it needs to be accessible from windows too.

Under Windows works with exFat but not under Macos. You can test with ntfs but need under macos a ntfs extra tool for write access.

Looks like the thunderbolt cable went bad. I bought new cables after noticing that the drives get disconnected when I move my laptop. I haven’t come across any files that hang so far.
