I’m having trouble transferring video files from my Windows 10 PC with iTunes 12.9. I upgraded iTunes, because the old version (I forget which; sorry) did not seem to recognize my iPad after upgrading its OS to iOS 12.
I have been using File Sharing under iTunes for a while, which worked acceptably well. Now, however, it seems to be unable to transfer a file, because of an error in the file being transferred. I am able to transfer it via network share, but that seems to go over wifi, since it is very slow.
If this is not already a known issue, what precise information is needed from me to diagnose this problem?
