Infuse and Family Sharing

I’ve recently purchase infuse 3 pro through in-app purchase but I was not able to share the app though family sharing. After some research in Google I found this entry on your web page:

So after that I opened a support ticket and send you the screenshot with my purchase receipt, my ticket is 73637, but nobody have answered me.

If it is possible i would like to receive the same solution you gave to the other costumer, send over a promo code for the standalone paid app, so I can share with my family.
