Infuse allows for other apps and services to deep link to items in Infuse.

Previously, this only worked for items that were actually present in your library. This update adds a details page which shows info from TMDB even if the actual video is not present in your library.

In a future update, you will be able to jump from this details page to the search page which can be useful if you have multiple Emby, Jellyfin, or Plex servers connected in Direct Mode.

I’m very confused about deeplinks, what they’re for and how to use them.

They’re mainly used to allow other apps/services to interact more seamlessly with Infuse.

iCloud Drive works better with adding seasons to links but when you do it, the app crashes and then when you go back in the option to add to links is gone for a while and then re appears later. But will crash every time you do it.

Does this on iPhone and MacBook

I really like the improved appearance of season selection on the series page! Thanks for doing that! Quick question about it, is it intended behavior that the selected season header/button always jumps to center of the screen (horizontal alignment)? I can’t recall if it did that on previous versions or not.

Just updated. Still having a problem with multiple instances of the same file showing up using WebDAV. Problem was fixed in the past but reared its head a few updates ago.

Is it possible to have the “quick select other movies” disabled? Whilst it clearly was a feature some users would love, it has now introduced a barrier to those selecting other things, like subtitles.

On my ATV, a simple “up” input would have landed me on the subtitles, now it’s on the quick select which is the furthest on the left.

This is hilarious. I think we are on opposite ends of the boat.LOL. You like the swipe up to hit subtitles button, and I don’t use subtitles at all and I was so in AWESOMEVILLE when the swipe up hit the new “Playlist Queue Button”.

Does anyone know why the 8.3.2 update changed the SWIPE UP Feature while playing video on the AppleTV to the Subtitle Button instead of the “Playlist Queue Button?” I’m one who watches hundreds of TV episode clips in a playlist and the 8.3.1 update which introduced the “Playlist Queue Button” allowed the AppleTV user to swipe up which hit the “Playlist Queue Button”, which is Awesome to change video in the playlist instantly rather than “menu-ing” back to the list. So now I have to Swipe UP, then Swipe Left to toggle the “Playlist Queue Button” every time I want to change a video while playing a video live.
