I’ve noticed before that the buttons under Play were sometimes changing.. it never bothered me. But now with favorites I would love to be able to use on any of them!
Please note: this happens only in my movies directory.., in my shows directory the heart button is there all the time.
I see emby / jellyfin ratings depending on which server Im connected too. Is that tmdb ratings fetched from the server instead of infuse fetching from tmdb?
We can take a look at this. Are you using Library Mode or Direct Mode?
Which device are you seeing this issue with and which version of Apple software are you using?
When connecting to a media server such as Emby, Jellyfin, or Plex Infuse would fetch the metadata provided by the server instead of getting its own from TMDB. These servers may use TMDB as well, but it’s also possible to have other metadata providers.

When Apple TV returns to the main interface, the viewing history of infuse displays the record of the default account and does not change with the change of user.
Perhaps not specific to favorites but related: the long-press context menu does not always pop up. Two cases:
Browsing the library via favorites → jellyfin folder with shows → scrolling down to “xyz” will allow that show to be long pressed resulting in the context menu to pop up with various options such as Play, Loop, add to Favorite, Mark as Watched, etc.
Doing a top-level search for “xyz” will show that item in the carousel .. and long pressing that item on iPhone & iPad brings up the context menu. Long press this search item on Apple TV does not result in a pop up… (This item can be played just fine on ATV)

After updating to 8.2.1, I have to use the Apple account which subscribes Infuse Pro to get Infuse Pro activated on my iPhone with iOS 18.6.
I have logged in Trakt, but after changing Apple account in App Store, the Pro loses.
This is really annoying.
Well, I try connecting to Trakt again on my Apple TV with the account which purchased, and finally my iPhone’s Pro gets activated.
