The new alphabet scrollbar doesn’t show up when I scroll through my shares.

Apple TV 4K is my device. I was eager to scroll through my own shares, but the new scrollbar doesn’t show up. Maybe this feature is limited to infuses library categories. If so, this would be a shame because I don’t use them.
Are you connecting to a media server like Emby or Jellyfin?
Which ‘sort by’ option are you using to browse files?
I’m use direct Plex and similarly, the alphabet scrubber isn’t available for me either.
Which Plex category are you browsing and what is the sort option set to?
The letters may not appear for certain categories, if the list is very short, or if you are using non-alphabetic sorting option (EG sort by release date).
