Infuse 7 black screen iOS 14.5.1

I’m sorry I can’t answer @james blocks me and deletes my messages.

It’s not for iOS 14.5.1 Infuse 6Pro works perfectly with iOS 14.5.1 and my iPhone works equally well.

It also happens in Appletv 4.

Infuse 6Pro starts in 3 seconds.

Infuse 7Pro starts in 40 seconds to 1 minute randomly.

Infuse 7Pro is not fluid either the visiting films left the code here diagnostic.

Infuse 6Pro and Infuse 7Pro interface:

Equal start screen there is no difference in Appletv 4 and iPhone.

Play screen.

Infuse 6Pro:

More information and more options in just a look.

Infuse 7Pro:

Minimum information at a glance only repuduction and little more.

I personally like infuse7 look better, it just needs some optimization to run and load faster and hopefully get rid of the season select screen (make it a drop down selector kinda like netflix). And add photos to cast and crew, and make them browseable.

I personally like to see at one glance what is like in Infuse 6Pro and the fluidity of the interface.

Infuse 7Pro you have to sail to see what you see in Infuse 6Pro.

And it’s not fluid in Appletv 4 first generation you can’t see any film fluently I’ve said it before.

The latter is the most important thing.

Well we’ll leave it to @james and the team.

You can confirm that version 7.0.2 works without black screen and instant start like Infuse 6Pro.

Thank you.

Mine still has the delay.

Today’s 7.0.2 update adds a number of improvements which should resolve issues like this.

I’m still the same black screen delay and new slow failures to work.

Today, nothing has improved.

I guess you mean when version 7.0.3 comes out.

Can you submit a new report from your device after installing 7.0.2?

This can be done through Infuse > Settings > Email Us.

You won’t need to send the email, just post the 5 digit code here.

I’ve sent it many times it’s the same.

In Appletv version 7.0.2 has improved.

In iOS it has not improved does not change the same and more bug has appeared.

I believe 7.0.2 adds more debug information in the logs even if things didn’t get fixed

Thanks. We’re going to look further into this.

The problem persists no change.

Black screen.

Long time to start.

nope. Still persists

Can you send a report from your device?

If anyone is still experiencing trouble here, please try updating to today’s Infuse 7.0.3 update as well as iOS 14.6.

If the issue is still present, sending in a report (as described in the post just above) will be very helpful in tracking down what is going on.

It won’t let me. For some reason the send button is greyed out.

It will remain present in all new iOS versions.

Because Infuse 6 Pro function perfectly in the same version.

The problem is Infuse 7.0.3
