Infuse 5 struggling to play video

I have a video that Infuse 4 Pro and Infuse 5 Pro for iOS both manage to play perfectly. Infuse 4 Pro for tvOS also manages to play it.

On tvOS, the video seems to seek until around 5 minutes in with the loading spinner in the middle of the screen. Then it stops showing the spinning circle and does nothing. I can’t play or anything.

What format is the video file?

I should probably add that it also works in Infuse Pro 4 too (I have updated my original post to reflect that).

It is an MKV (MP4 H.264).
