Infuse 5 Pro on Apple TV and Ipad

I buy Infuse Pro 5 on a first account on Apple TV. I share my itunes account with my wife (family share).
On his Ipad app store, the Infuse pro app is showed with a price: Th fact that a single Infuse Pro purchase can be used on all your devices works with shared accounts too ?
