Infuse 5:"An error occurred loading this content." but ok in Infuse 4

Hi,Infuse 5.0.2 can’t play some files but the same files play ok at Infuse 4.3.6.
Pro versions both.
For example all episodes from 2 seasons of “The Leftovers”
720p,x264,5.1 mkv.At infuse 5.02 i have the message An error occurred loading this content,at infuse 4.3.6 same files plays fine.
Files are in TimeCapsule and connect with smb to ATV4.What’s wrong?

Does other content from the same share play ok, or are all files showing this issue?

If it’s just this file, it might help if you’re able to send in a video sample. A bit more info on doing this can be found here. Troubleshooting and Getting Support – Firecore

It was all 20 episodes from this tv show.Only these not others. But after some time,i don’t know what change, all these files start to play fine in Infuse 5.Without to do anything. No restart atv4 or time capsule nothing.Just start to play fine.
Problem solved!!!

Hmm, very strange - but glad to hear you’re up and running.

Please let us know if the issue reappears.

The problem was at the same time when tvdb was down yesterday and the tv show just was added to my library.Maybe something to do with this?

Yes, I suppose it could be. We’ll take a look and see if we can prevent anything like that from happening in the future.

Fortunately TheTVDb doesn’t go down often.

I have the same issue it happen almost every time I play a file. I have to play it from the start and forward 5s or more later than were I was to watch it. But sometimes it can happen several times when watching one single file.
