Infuse 4 no longer in Canada?

I purchased infuse pro 4 a while ago, and just had to format my iPad.
Now infuse 4 won’t show up in the app store in Canada.
If i search for it on the web, it’ll bring up the link for US store, then say it’s not avaible in my country.

Please let me know how I can get my paid for Infuse 4 pro back onto my iPad.

Infuse 4 is no longer available on the App Store for new downloads, however you can re-download your past purchase by browsing for Infuse 4 through the Purchases tab in the App Store.
