Index failing message

I’m testing connecting Emby to Infuse and this is the first time getting the Indexing Failed error. Any idea why?

Diagnostic code is GM8E5

Did you try scanning again right after you got the fail?

Did you verify your Emby server was awake and serving files?

Maybe try restarting the device and then re-scan?

I kicked Emby to the curb for now since its just causing to much frustration. So just connecting directly via FTP.
I do have a question that connecting to Emby (or Plex) fixes and that is with movie or TV show extras. I just put a message in that suggestion thread for extras but what is everyone doing currently to keep extras out of the library? I saw that one post by creating editions but man…that would be REALLY tedious!
