Is there a way to increase the font size in Sapphire?

The subtitles (.srt) are kind of small.

You can copy over the font from your computer located at: /System/Library/Fonts/Helvetica.otf or /System/Library/Fonts/Helvetica.dfont to the same location on the Apple, and this will improve the visibility of subtitles.

The above works really well. However, now the subtitles are a bit too large and also in bold. Is there a way too either make them smaller or to change them to regular instead of bold?

Is it possible to change something in the Helvetica.dfont file before transfering it to Apple TV. I mean changing the default font size or something like that?
