Some mp4 files that I have ripped from downloads have the wrong or generic thumbnail poster and the title is in a foreign language, not English. This is even though all this video info and poster are correct when examined from within VideoStation in my Synology NAS and via DSVideo AppleTV app. Is there a way to fix this?
Do you by chance have " Embedded Metadata" turned on? If so Infuse will use metadata that is included internal to the file over what is found on TMDB. If on it will also slow down the scan process since Infuse then has to scan every file for embedded metadata.
Most users will not want this turned on.
If it’s not on you’ll need to give us the file name of the video that is incorrect so we can look into it.
