Impossible to migrate to Infuse Pro 3

Hello,

I was a former Pro2 user and I migrate to Infuse 3.
If I try to upgrade to Pro 3 through the app (hoping for a discount upgrade) I get a message “Connexion à l’Itunes store impossible” (french store).
Do you know why?
