I'm new to Infuse

Hey guys , I have an apple tv 4k 3rd generation and you can’t use Kodi , so i came across Infuse , but I want to understand something , now i need to download from torrents for example tv shows and movies and then transfer them one by one to the app ?

I have RD account if it helps , thanks

It doesn’t answering my question ,
I need to download movies and tv shows to my computer and then put them in a folder and then import that folder to infuse ?

because its inconvenient…

You don’t have to “import” the files, you just point Infuse at the directory that you files will be stored in on the Mac and it will check that folder on a regular basis and add the new files to your Infuse library.

Not inconvenient.

Just insure you stick to the recommended naming structures of the files and it should be pretty seamless.

So i do need to get the media files from somewhere…
because I’m used to use Kodi with real debrid and I’m just searching for stuff and that’s it , if i need to have any movie or tv show file locally , i think its inconvenient

You’ll need to find another solution, as Infuse is targeted at playing back media files that you have somewhere (cloud service, NAS, DAS, file share etc).

Infuse doesn’t have the ability to act as a streaming client in the way you want.
