A few hours ago, I updated all my devices (MacBook, iPad, and Apple TV) to Infuse 8.1.4. After the update, I made several changes to my hard drives and added new files.
On the macbook it hasn’t updated in the last 7 hours, and on the Apple TV and iPad, it hasn’t synced since yesterday.
I’m not sure if my situation applies to your situation but I experienced a similar issue with Infuse 8.1.4 not syncing with iCloud using an Apple TV. All was well with the network (source, switches etc) so now I wondered what’s causing the issue with the Apple TV that did not effect my iPhone. Long story short, it was the VPN app I installed on the Apple TV. I uninstalled the VPN app (although it was not connected to a remote server) and I also had to cut the power on the Apple TV to get it working again. After the uninstall, I noticed Infuse was still not syncing, so I restarted the Apple TV. That didn’t work, but after cutting the power for 5 minutes, all was well. Good luck.
The main headache with Infuse now that resume sometimes fails, when I watch my movies on different units. Assume this, I play my movie on my AppleTV, stops it, and half an hour later I resume the movie on my iPhone. The resume-position on my phone is not updated.
This doesn’t happen all the time but it’s very frustrating when it does.
I’m using iCloud-syncing. Hints?
Update: it did work for a few days. Now, after the update to 8.1.5, the same problem is back. Really frustrating. I have plenty storage left on my iCloud.
