I need help to connect Infuse 5.7 with Plex Cloud with GSuite

Hi Guys,

I need help to connect Infuse 5.7 with Plex Cloud hosted in Google Suite

I am a user of infuse 4 Pro for iOS and recently I acquired Infuse 5.7 for Apple TV 4K when I found out that it was compatible with Plex servers.

I have a PlexPass lifetime account since August 2013.

After trying different configurations it is not possible to link infuse with Plex Cloud, it does not recognize the movies and TV series that are in the server’s libraries.

In the attached image you can see the names of the files that are in one of the libraries but these are not recognized by Infuse.

Can someone give me a hand, or give me a clue?. Anything that you can point out for sure that will be useful to me.

Infuse doesn’t support Plex cloud

It’s on their roadmap for what’s planned in the future though
