I Just Buy an Apple TV... First Update with itunes and then with Seas0npass?

I just buy an Apple TV, first need to update to 4.4.4 with itunes?, and then with the newest Seas0npass version, or direct go to Seas0npass with the apple tv, even without conected first appletv to internet…

From the box to Seas0npass?

Running the current version of Seas0nPass will jailbreak and update your AppleTV to the latest 4.4.4 version.

Once jailbroken, you can run the aTV Flash (black) installer from a Mac or PC.
