I did the jailbreak for the Apple TV, however when I turn it off it is necessary to use Boot Tethered, it always happens.
Have any solution?

That is how a tethered jailbreak works.
To avoid this, most people simply never turn off the ATv2 as in ‘sleep’ mode it consumes very little power.
