HULU working via PLAYON on Apple TV 2

Just so you are aware of what has been happening.

1)  You can play HULU streams of video (from a PLAYON workstation in your home network) via DLNA and the XBMC application.  Jailbreak required to install XBMC.

2)  Or, you can now use the PLAYON application running on your IPHONE or IPAD to send the video to your APPLE TV 2 via the AIRPLAY function.  This was just enabled in the last few days, via the folks at PLAYON.  No jailbreak required on Apple TV2 (but you should anyway to get all the otther functions).

True, Playon is a windoze only app / server. It works great to pull all the accounts into one stream and on to the aTV2 in XBMC.

FWIW, it will work under Parallels, VMware and Boot Camp. Directions for Parallels can be found here: http://bit.ly/j1PhLc. For those Mac users who have no interest in setting this up, you may want to try Navi-X (http://bit.ly/m5XXHe) to get your content. Hopefully, we'll have Boxee available soon, too, and that will give us many more options.
