How to get help?

I’ve sent an email and left a phone message asking why I can’t download the latest version for Mac. I bought the application on 11/26/08 with the two-year upgrade option and now my account says that the download link expired on 11/27/08–the following day–with 29 downloads left.

No one has responded to my email or phone call.

Can anyone suggest a way, other than this, to get anyone’s attention out there?

You are right and I am grateful. Just about the time I was going to write a note saying the problem had been solved, AT&T accidentally cut the cable/internet line out on the street, and I just got back online.
