How to delete a file with Sapphire

Somehow I ended up with several duplicates of TV Show entries in Sapphire: perhaps I wasn't quick enough in hiding the USB device that I used to carry the shows onto the Mac.

When I try to delete the duplicate file in Sapphire, it complains that it can't do it, and suggests that the filesystem might be readonly. If I try to play it, it says that the file is not present, and that a drive might not be mounted.

How do I get Sapphire to forget about the file?

Regards,

David

Your best option may be to clear the metadata for that particular file.

You can do this by highlighting the file, pressing the right arrow (>>) to bring up the options menu then select the 'clear metadata' option.
