How to activate my lifetime membership

My yearly subscription finally ran out and I would love some help on how to activate my lifetime membership.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

After you cancel your yearly you should then see the availability of the Lifetime Subscription in the Settings. Just subscribe to the lifetime and your should be good.

I wish it was that simple but I don’t see the option.

What James says in this thread may help shed some light on what’s going on. Subscription change does not work I know it’s for the iOS version but the reason for what you’re seeing I believe is the same.

I don’t know. I appreciate you trying to help but it doesn’t recognize my purchase of lifetime membership a year ago which is pretty disappointing. I had a feeling this would be an issue.

I would be willing to purchase another lifetime but I don’t see that option.

It seems that the app store lags a bit and I noticed your subscription expired yesterday so it may take a day for it to clear. Just a thought, have you tried restarting your ATV today since the subscription may have been in place till midnight? The restart may clear things out. I’m sure it will catch up, but I know how frustrating it can be waiting for things like this. :wink:

Can you post a screenshot of your Infuse > Settings screen?

If you are running the free Infuse 6 app, and see the Infuse Pro logo there (without an orange ‘View Subscription’ button) then your lifetime license is currently active.

Is this what you mean?

At the top of the settings, is network the top item without an orange ‘View Subscription’ button anywhere in the settings?

If so you’re good to go. :wink:

Also just to add, if you want to verify your lifetime subscription you can follow the info that James provided here Lifetime Upgrade for Pro
