How do I update my Apple tv and ATV Flash

Hi

how do I update my Apple Tv and ATV Flash - I have looked all over firecore.com's website - why isn't there any links to how to keep the Apple TV and ATV Flash updated. 

I installed ATVFlash first time in June 2010 and can see that there has been some updates since.

Who can help?

I tried to look for new updates via Apple TV menu but there was an error saying that it couldn't check for updates right now / most likely because it has been disabled via ATV Flash.

If you already have aTV Flash installed you can update to the current version through the Maintenance --> Manage Plugins menu.
