How do I get Infuse to rebuild its cache?

I have a TV series (Farscape) where the release order is different than the publication order. This has led to conflicting meta data, EG tvdb disagrees with wiki and the official Farscape website. My episodes match wikipedia, but did NOT match tvdb

I only noticed this after watching 4 episodes, so instead of fighting the system, I decided to renumber my episodes to match TVDB. However now when I refresh Infuse, it is getting very confused. It claims that the episode is of a filename that no longer exists, it shows some episodes doubled up, etc…

They are correct on the file system, and I can launch them there, and they are all correct, but Infuse is completely confused. I feel if I can make Infuse forget about this show, and track it as a completely new show, that might fix it.

How do I do that?

I did a bulk rename of all the files (instead of just the 4 or 5 I edited before) to try and make them all look like new files, and that seems to have finally shaken the dust loose.

One thing that may be an issue, Infuse doesn’t use TVDB for metadata. It switched quite a while back to using TMDB for both TV and Movie metadata.

On the library page you can try clicking on “Refresh Metadata” and see if that may help.

Can you give an example of the differences your seeing?

I wonder if they would consider TVDb again? TMDB is horrible for TV shows.
