How do I enable hold down and delete? AppleTV

Hey, I’ve reset my ATV and had to set up my Infuse again. I can’t find the option to enable the ability to hold down the select button on my Apple TV remove and the prompt appears to mark all as watched or delete all when highlighting a tv series or movie. I’ve enabled File Management. Any help greatly appreciated

Just saw that you have enabled file management. Are you sure the user ID and password have read/write permissions on your server?

Yeah, I’m connected to Plex. Nothing at all has changed about my setup other than wiping my Apple TV.

I believe that Plex is where you’re going to have to dig around. I don’t do Plex, just Infuse and it just works for me.
