How can I uninstall software in NatoTV ?

I uploaded the file MacOSXUpdCombo10.4.9Intel.pkg as opposed to MacOSXUpdCombo10.4.9Intel.dmg into the documents folder, and I got partial installation successfull. I have can see the MacBooks on the network from the Network menu in NitoTV.
However, I also got some error messages (rest of log file at the end of teh post).

2008-12-21 22:33:49.632 nitoHelper[210] XML parser error:
Unexpected character h at line 1
Old-style plist parser error:
Unexpected ‘;’ or ‘=’ after key at line 1
2008-12-21 22:33:49.632 nitoHelper[210] mount: /Users/frontrow/Documents/MacOSXUpdCombo10.4.9Intel.pkg failed

I can connect to the AppleTV with Cyberduck, no issue. But I can’t see the hard drive I’ve plugged in as a link to the movies directory, as mentioned in another post. I suppose something is wrong with my Nito installation ?

So I tried to re-install with teh correct file, but it tells me that it’s already installed. How can I remove it and re-install ?
Please help,

The only way to get rid of the installed components is to restore the AppleTV. There are no scripts that I know of that can remove those items. I’m assuming that since it seems to work, that you did transfer the dmg file, not the pkg file over. Smart Installer will not install from a pkg file, only the original dmg file.

Thanks for the advise. I reset my ATV and installed the dmg file and was able to setup SMB mounts.
Thanks a lot,
