"Home" tab automatic refresh on Launch (Mac)

On my Mac I have added a Local folder. It’s the only source I that I have made visible in the “Home” tab on Mac.

Everytime I launch Infuse I have to manually click the “Refresh” button at the top right for it to update either a file I deleted or a filed I added to the source folder. Is this a bug?

Also since there’s no Menu bar Item to refresh (i.e. Edit → Refresh) I can’t setup a shortcut to do it, I have to manually click on it everytime.

On the other hand all SMB connections on my devices work great (like Apple TV, iPhone, iPad). They automatically refresh. But on the Mac whether I show my SMB or Local folder connection on the “Home” tab I have to manually refresh every single time I launch the app or make a modification to what file I add or delete to the source folder. Is there a solution to this? Thanks

Edit: Just want to clarify that if I go to the “Files” tab that both my “SMB” and “Local” folder update automatically and work correctly. But not the “Home” tab.

I realize it’s the same thing on iPad and iPhone when on the “Home” tab there is a refresh button. So is this expected behavior whenever on the Home tab whether on Mac, iPhone or iPad to hit refresh manually?

and when in the Files tab it refreshes automatically everywhere.

seems like this may be the case. Can anyone confirm?
