I have now installed the latest version of ATV Flash, updated all plugins and installed Hotspot Shield. I still can not receive the BBC Iplayer here in Canada. I have tried accessing it through Couch Surfer and no dice. When I go into to XBMC there seems to be no “Iplayer” plugin for me install? Can someone please tell me where I am going wrong? I miss QI.

The first step would be to enable a VPN through Tunnelblick as described here:

Once enabled, BBC iPlayer feeds can be viewed through Boxee.
I am trying to use Tunnelblick as you suggested and have ow got a VPN but I have no openvpn folder in my Library. I have installed Tunnelblick and updated all plugins. Am I missing something?
