Thanks. I just encoded the files and they play fine now.

what was the solution?

I’m guessing they just re-encoded the file because the first was glitchy?

Agree if there was a cause identified it would be nice to post it here so others who might have a similar issue can learn from it.

Yes, the file would play and stutter and then stop completely. I posted the media info in hopes the team could identify the issue, but in the mean time I re-encoded the files. I would have uploaded a sample, but I’m not entirely sure how to do that.
