The conflicting software could be your firewall. Shut it down to check that out.

if u use mac you will not have any error.
if you use window you got to do few steps .fallow this path
go to your appdata--------local--------temp-----seasonpass-----ifaith there is file you got to rename
rename the file s5l8930x_Factory.bin to iFaith.s5l8930x_Factory.bin but do it when ipsw start to be created .
exit the path and let the process finish
So where is the appdata located in windows 7? Hope this helps…
