Hi,
Just cleared all metadata and let infuse scan. I am getting the HDR logo for Movies, but for TV Shows infuse seems to only do this for the first episode. Even “Edit metadata” of season folder or episode level only triggers HDR of the first episode.
Files are fine an my LG displays the HDR tag.
Anybody else having the same?
Ok, had a lightbulb moment.
Turning off icloud sync has fixed this.
I turned of icloud sync, cleared metadata again and now it is updating correctly. Do not know if this is a bug or if it is me being ignorant and I should have done this in this order to start with?!
It could be considered a bug. I have not had that issue, but, I can see how it might be a problem. This issue should be a one time ever issue though.
We have a few fixes for HDR tags coming in the 6.4.1 update which will be out within the next few days.
Did this make the 6.4.1 update?
Improved detection for HDR tags was added in 6.4.1.
If you are still seeing issues with missing tags, you may need to use the Edit option to refresh metadata for the affected file(s).
