Hi there, I have a problem that infuse doesn’t recognise the above movie. I have a Plex server on the network for external use only, and infuse isn’t accessing that metadata, but is looking at the same file. Plex has no problem identifying the same movie file. There are 100 or so, all others are fine.
Ideas anyone…!!
