Hi All

When i upload video-ts to my apple tv it’s very slow like 1.9Mb/s is this normal?
also when i want to play those files I have a white tiny bar in my picture and no 5.1 dolby digital sound the option ac3 passtrhu is enabled
please help

  1. That speed IS normal for SFTP transfers. We have added support for FTP transfers in our upcoming version that will allow for MUCH faster speeds.
  2. What plugin are you playing the files through?
  3. Make sure you have the AC3 pass through option enabled in whatever plugin you are using.

I use Nito tv
and ac3 passthru is enabled

There have been few users saying they are having trouble with AC3 and nito. Try using the Files plugin, or Sapphire and see if that helps your sound problem.
