Frasier 2023

Running into a bit of trouble trying to name these files. Should it live in the same folder a the old series or be a new thing independently?

Best bet would be to do a new folder and to name the files “Frasier 2023 S0xE0x.mkv” for the episodes and “Frasier 2023” for the series folder.

And just to keep things in order I’d rename the original to include the year also “Frasier 1993 S0xE0x.mkv” for the episodes and “Frasier 1993” for the series folder.

TMDB shows them as different series.
