Folder with no cover

I have a problem. When I look at my data disks in Infuse 8.0.3 it looks like Figure 1.
If I then go into the folder without an image, the series with a cover appears as intended.
How can I assign the cover image to the top folder?
Metadata is set with Tine Media Manager and works very well for TV shows, but not for documentaries etc

Save a poster image in the folder with the name “folder.jpg”.

How can I assign the cover image to the top folder?

How do you have the files named in that series? Often that is the reason for the top level to be missing the graphics. The top folder needs to match exactly the name of the files before the S0xE0x.

Edit to add: I just tested the above file names and directory structure and it works great.
