I’ve always used the files view on my iPad, where it listed the movies I had imported off my NAS to my iPad alphabetically and then listed the shows alphabetically.
I just updated the app to 8.1 and decided to delete the meta data. Now that everything has loaded up with new artwork etc, everything is being listed by title…but movies are now mixed in with shows…just one long alphabetical list.
I can’t seem to get back to how it was. Have tried restarting the app, the iPad etc.
The sorting logic has changed in 8.1 and items are now sorted by title regardless of their type.
Unfortunately, there is not a way to switch back to the old behavior. Sorry.

It’s the only view I use on the iPad. Trying not to sound rude…but I hate it.
Correct me if I am wrong, but there is now no tiled view on the iPad that displays all (local file) movies and then shows?
The alphabetical scrollbar on the side is meaningless for me. I can’t believe my movies and shows are now all mixed up

Even if you just implement the latter, you’d make the interface usable again for me. Sorry…love Infuse, but really don’t like this change

I also hate the new sorting. It was by far the BEST Feature to have Movies and Tv Shows separate.
Please change it back!
This sucks. Sorry to say it that clear. Totaly unuseable anymore.
