Few Quesionts(M2TS not playing and metadata)

I recently started using Infuse and have run into a few issues.

1.) I tried to play a M2TS file and it won’t play on my iphone or Apple TV

2.) The Title in some mkv videos is overriding my file-naming convention and I don’t have permission to edit the data. Is there a good metadata editor for mkv files? I use mp3tag for my music and was hoping for something different.

3.) If I can’t get this to work, how can I easily remux all my mkv files to mp4 for easier playback and editing?
