EyeTV file names from .EyeTV package file

If I remember correctly, the older versions of Infuse would show me the same .EyeTV file name that one sees on macOS:

Example:
Ben Harper on Late Show With David Letterman - Music Clip.eyetv

Now I am seeing just the package contents file name:
000000001119ac34.mpg

Considering I have thousands of such EyeTV files - finding the one I want to watch is next to impossible. Can we go back to showing the outer filename>?

Under the General settings do you by chance have “Show Filenames” turned on?
