On 1/1/2011, at 3:15pm PST I “purchased” a copy of atv flash for the black AppleTV. I say “purchased” because since then, 1) I’ve received no further communication from firefore, and 2) I’ve received no contact from filing a support ticket to this effect (despite asking for an update multiple times). At this point, I’m extremely frustrated that nobody from firecore seems to care about their customers, and am ready to simply cancel my order.
Is this a common occurrence? People I know who used atv flash says it’s awesome, and that they love it. How is it possible that such a product could come from a company with such abysmal support? If an employee of firecore actually reads these messages, I would appreciate some form of contact.
