Hi, hello… i have some problems, with (.mv4) files and (.srt) subtitles.
For some weird reason, (.m4v files) dont recognise (.srt subs),
both files are named exactly, actually they work fine on VLC player on a computer, the issue its only in the apple tv player.
could somebody help me?

What type of device are you streaming from? Are you using UPnP or DLNA by chance?
Unfortunately external subs won’t be available when using UPnP or DLNA.

I use a HD WD My Cloud connected by Plex with Infuse. But all my movies are fine, .srt files works perfect. But I noticed that only with an specific TV Show wich has .mv4 extension, .srt subs dont work.
Im really glad with Infusion Pro, specially on AppleTv. I Love it.
Are you a Mac user? Have you tried embedding the .srt into the .m4v?
Try downloading the application Subler, opening the .m4v, and dragging the .srt into the window. Save it, bin the .srt file, and try watching the movie again in Infuse.
